Frequently asked questions

Plan Management is fully funded within the NDIS Plan from its own dedicated budget for most participants.

We process invoices daily up to 4pm. This means any invoice received prior to 4pm will be processed and ready for participant approval.

Plan Management often allows greater flexibility in provider choice, depending on your plan conditions.

You’ll receive monthly budget summaries and can also view your funding anytime using the Caresquare app.

We’re based in Seaham NSW and work remotely, allowing us to provide flexible and responsive support.
